The new SVP Product for our Cross-Workflow Outbound Product Management team is seeking a Strategy & Operations all-star to join their management team and establish/drive their remit.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with a senior product principal in ServiceNow to drive strategic innovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining & driving product strategy for technology partnerships.
- Launching cross-product solutions.
- Providing strategic product strategy guidance for pricing & packaging optimization.
- Establishing forward-deployed co-innovation with key partners & customers.
The Director of Strategic Ops will sit in the STEP Strategic Operations group.
Key Requirements:
- Fast mover to get initiatives off the ground.
- Keep the team organized, establish operating rhythms & grow with the team.
- Relentless curiosity, ability to execute & influence at the Executive level, & a get-it-done attitude.
- Collaboration across the organization to build & deliver innovation.
- Partner tightly with SVP Product to stand up their team & execute remit.
- Capture, prioritize & delegate key actions, based on a predictable business rhythm.
- Navigate internal teams & external Strategic Technology Partners.
- Align Product Management & Stakeholders (C-Level, other functions).
- Own relationships with internal cross-functional principals to coordinate business activities, distill & communicate relevant information.
- Partner with FP&A & Talent Acquisition teams on budget, management & hiring.
- Execute on arising, transient, high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success partnering with product & go-to-market teams to shape & execute growth-driving strategies.
- Hands-on product development experience in matrixed environments.
- Building trust across product, engineering & GTM teams.
- Over six years relevant tech sector experience.
- Understanding of AI-powered enterprise software platform economics.
- Ability to structure complex problems, using data-informed insights, & communicate to senior executives.
- Strong intuition for product quality & user experience.
- Developing business cases & identifying critical financial metrics.
- Managing annual financial planning processes.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative & shared success mindset.
Compensation: $189,100 - $331,000 + equity/incentive compensation/benefits.
