Your RoleThe Director of the Technical Services Resource Management Office (RMO) is responsible for overseeing the global team responsible for resource allocation and utilization within Technical Services.
Your Impact
- Capacity Planning: Owns process and capacity models to forecast headcount needs by geography and skill set.
- Staffing Process: Leads a distributed team facilitating staffing requests, prioritizing resource requests, and ensuring proper staff assignments in timely manner.
- Staffing Interlocks: Drives rigorous interlocks across the organization to review pipeline impacts on near-term demand and resource allocation.
- Resource Management Governance: Owns regular cadence and framework of reporting RMO KPIs.
- Vendor Management: Manages global Technical Services Vendors and governance structures to track vendor performance.
Your Experience
- 10+ years in customer-facing technology services projects in a Resource Management capacity.
- Understanding of Professional Services consulting business.
- BS or Business bachelor’s degree.
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Proven problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with forecasting processes and tools.
- Experience using a Professional Services Automation tool.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills and mathematical aptitude.

The Director of Technical Services RMO will be a member of the Technical Services Operations leadership team.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. Expected compensation is between $121,000 - $196,000/YR.
