Hazel Health is looking for a District Implementation Associate to manage district implementations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage District Implementations
- Serve as the key client-facing contact
- Support execution of implementation plans
- Track and update project milestones
- Prepare launch materials
- Assist in identifying risks or blockers
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams
- Provide regular status updates
- Share observations and feedback
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing or project coordination roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Suite, project management platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, health administration, or related field
- Prior experience supporting K–12 school districts
- Exposure to SaaS-based software systems
