Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Your duties include supervising staff to meet daily targets, ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies, and reporting issues to management.

Success requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and strong knowledge of management best practices. You'll also need to motivate and support division personnel.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
2. Evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
6. Working with the financial department to plan and develop the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues.
8. Working with HR to handle inter-division disputes.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication, team working, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
