Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets
2. Ensuring all work aligns with division procedures and policies
3. Reporting work-related issues to management
4. Identifying and solving division problems quickly and efficiently
5. Motivating and supporting division personnel

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations
• Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Providing technical direction and support to personnel
• Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures
• Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Developing the division's monthly budget
• Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues
• Handling inter-division disputes and conflicts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of management best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to navigate stressful situations
