Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising division staff to ensure daily targets are met.
• Ensuring all work is completed according to division procedures and policies.
• Reporting work-related issues to management.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
• Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Providing technical direction and support to division personnel.
• Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
• Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Planning and developing the division's monthly budget with the financial department.
• Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
• Handling inter-division disputes and conflicts with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful work situations.
