Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic division manager to join our company. Your duties include supervising staff to meet daily targets, ensuring work adheres to division procedures and policies, and reporting work-related issues to management.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvement areas.
3. Providing technical direction and professional support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
6. Working with the financial department to plan the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Working with HR to handle inter-division disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
