Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring work adheres to division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks.
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
8. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
9. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget.
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
11. Handling inter-division disputes with HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
