Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvement areas.
6. Providing technical direction and support.
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies.
8. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
9. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget.
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues.
11. Handling inter-division disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and team working skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
