Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures
3. Reporting work-related issues
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations of the division
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement
6. Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel
7. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures
8. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
9. Developing the division's monthly budget in collaboration with the financial department
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management
11. Handling inter-division disputes and conflicts with the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to navigate stressful work situations
