Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic division manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff to meet daily targets
2. Ensure work complies with division procedures
3. Report work-related issues to management
4. Organize, plan, and manage daily tasks
5. Evaluate performance and identify improvement areas
6. Provide technical direction and support
7. Ensure staff compliance with policies
8. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
9. Plan and develop monthly budget
10. Review office operations and report issues
11. Handle inter-divisional disputes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or similar
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to navigate stressful situations
