Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic division manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations of the division.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas of improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
6. Planning and developing monthly budgets with the financial department.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Handling inter-division disputes and conflicts with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
