Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Identifying and solving division problems.
5. Motivating and supporting division personnel.
6. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
7. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
8. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
9. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
10. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
11. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget.
12. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
13. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
