Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensure work complies with division procedures.
3. Report work-related issues to management.
4. Identify and solve division problems.
5. Implement management best practices.
6. Motivate and support division personnel.
7. Organize, plan, and manage daily tasks and operations.
8. Evaluate division performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide technical direction and support to personnel.
10. Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
11. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
12. Develop the division's monthly budget.
13. Review office operations and report issues to senior management.
14. Handle inter-divisional disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
