Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise division staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensure all work complies with division procedures and policies.
3. Report work-related issues to management.
4. Organize, plan, and manage daily tasks.
5. Evaluate division performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Provide technical direction and support to personnel.
7. Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
8. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
9. Develop the division's monthly budget.
10. Review office operations and report issues to senior management.
11. Handle inter-divisional disputes and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
