Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: supervising staff to meet targets, ensuring work aligns with division procedures, reporting issues to management, and demonstrating excellent leadership skills.

Division Manager Responsibilities:

• Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
• Evaluating division performance and identifying improvements.
• Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
• Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Budget planning and development with the financial department.
• Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
• Handling inter-divisional disputes with the HR department.

Division Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong management skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
