Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring all work complies with division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks.
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvements.
6. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
8. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
9. Developing the division's monthly budget.
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues.
11. Handling inter-division disputes with HR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices.
