Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring work meets division procedures, and reporting issues to management.

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying improvements.
3. Providing direction and support to personnel.

5. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
6. Working with finance to plan the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues.

Requirements:
