Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking to hire a dynamic division manager. Your duties include supervising staff, ensuring work meets procedures and reporting issues.

To succeed, you need strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a working knowledge of management practices. You'll also motivate and support personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training new staff.
6. Working with finance to plan and develop the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Working with HR to handle inter-divisional disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or similar.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
