Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic division manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensure all work complies with division procedures and policies.
3. Report work-related issues to management.
4. Identify and solve division problems efficiently.
5. Manage daily tasks and operations.
6. Evaluate division performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide technical direction and support to personnel.
8. Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
9. Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
10. Plan and develop the division's monthly budget.
11. Review office operations and report any issues.
12. Handle inter-division disputes and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or similar.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful work situations.
