Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic division manager. Your duties include supervising staff to meet targets, ensuring work complies with procedures, and reporting issues to management.

Success requires excellent leadership, identifying problems and solving them effectively, along with strong management practices and the ability to motivate personnel.

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations of the division.
2. Evaluating division performance, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and support to division personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
6. Working with the financial department to develop the monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong management skills and knowledge of best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
