Division Manager
We are looking for a dynamic division manager. Duties include: supervising staff for daily target achievement, ensuring adherence to division procedures, and reporting work issues to management. Success requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of management best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, planning, and managing division tasks and operations.
- Evaluating performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Providing technical direction and support to division personnel.
- Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Developing the division's monthly budget with the financial department.
- Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
- Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience.
- Strong knowledge of management best practices and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
