Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities include: supervising staff to meet daily targets, ensuring work aligns with division procedures, reporting issues to management. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong working knowledge of management best practices are essential.

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily division tasks and operations.
2. Evaluating division performance, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with division policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and new staff training.
6. Working with the financial department to develop the division's monthly budget.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Collaborating with HR to handle inter-division disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices, strong managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
