Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising division staff to meet daily targets.
• Ensuring all work adheres to division procedures and policies.
• Reporting work-related issues to management.
• Identifying and solving division problems quickly and efficiently.
• Motivating and supporting division personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks.
2. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
4. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
5. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training new staff.
6. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget with the financial department.
7. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
8. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices and skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
