Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures and policies.
3. Reporting work-related issues to management.
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks and operations.
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Providing technical direction and support to personnel.
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.
8. Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
9. Planning and developing the division's monthly budget.
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues to senior management.
11. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
