Full-Time Division Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Division Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise staff to meet daily targets.
2. Ensure work aligns with division procedures and policies.
3. Report work-related issues to management.
4. Identify and solve division problems.
5. Manage daily tasks and operations.
6. Evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide technical direction and support.
8. Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
9. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
10. Plan and develop the division's monthly budget.
11. Review office operations and report issues.
12. Handle inter-division disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Strong knowledge of management best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
