Full-Time Division Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Division Manager to join our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising staff to meet daily targets
2. Ensuring work aligns with division procedures
3. Reporting work issues to management
4. Organizing, planning, and managing daily tasks
5. Evaluating division performance and identifying areas for improvement
6. Providing technical direction and support
7. Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures
8. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
9. Budget planning and development with the financial department
10. Reviewing office operations and reporting issues
11. Handling inter-division disputes with the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong management skills and knowledge of best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to navigate stressful situations
