As an Alternaleaf prescriber, you can flexibly provide the hours that best suit you and conduct patient consults from the comfort of your home. You are supported by a patient care team of nurses who takes care of your admin and you receive access to dedicated purpose-built systems to increase your efficiency, so you can focus on providing the best care and patient outcomes. - Conducting consultations via telehealth, across patients with chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia and other TGA approved conditions
- Prescribing and managing plant medicine treatments plans
- Maintaining clear clinical documentation within patient medical records
- Build positive rapport and a judgment-free environment in a telehealth context
- Eagerness to learn new skills and to immerse yourself in the plant medicine space
These are fully remote roles that can be based anywhere within Australia, offered on an Independent Contractor (ABN) basis.
We are seeking Doctors who have an interest in alternative medicine and have an ongoing commitment to the Alternaleaf team and patients.
- Medical Degree
- AHPRA registration with Nil Restrictions
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 rostered hours per week
- Medical Malpractice Insurance - covering telehealth
- Have or able to obtain a Medicare Provider Number
- VR or non-VR GPs welcome
- Must be based in Australia ( we do not offer the ability to work form overseas)
- Excellent communication, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Current ABN
