Part-Time Donor Engagement Coordinator

• Maintain and update the donor database
• Process donor information, track giving history, and manage communications
• Prepare thank-you letters and personalized donor correspondence
• Support donor recognition and cultivation activities
• Assist with donor event logistics
• Provide administrative support to development leadership
• Schedule donor meetings and manage calendars
• Track deadlines and provide proactive reminders
• Reconcile donations, pledges, and gifts
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Coordinate and manage travel details
• Coordinate donor appreciation events and fundraising activities
• Manage event logistics
• Track registrations and provide post-event follow-up
• Prepare donor gift packages and seasonal fundraising mailings
• Assist with grant applications and foundation relations

• Unquestioning alignment with Help The Persecuted’s Statement of Faith
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable
• 2-3 years experience in nonprofit development, donor relations, or related work
• Experience in Christian ministry or faith-based organization strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is ideal
• Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms
• Skilled in assisting with travel coordination and event management
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
