About the Role: We seek a skilled Dynatrace Consultant with hands-on SaaS experience in Grail. This role involves strategic consulting and technical execution for enhancing monitoring of complex hybrid and cloud-native environments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver Dynatrace trainings.
- Provide expert consulting and support for Dynatrace usage.
- Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards.
- Develop user-friendly documentation, including technical specifications.
- Advise on best practices for Dynatrace in various environments.
- Support infrastructure monitoring (cloud and container).
- Set up and manage alert configurations.
- Provide professional services and support.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams.
- Ensure compliance with DORA requirements.
- Participate in on-site workshops (Munich or Bucharest).
Requirements:
- Proven Dynatrace SaaS in Grail experience.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring.
- Experience with Dynatrace installation, configuration, and optimization.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking and architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures, containerization, and orchestration tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills (English).
- Comfort with Kanban methodology.
- Adherence to compliance standards.
- Prior consulting or IT services experience with Dynatrace.
