As the Early Careers Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy and success of our trainee dental nurse programs. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing recruitment, management, and development of trainee dental nurses, ensuring a diverse and inclusive pipeline. Your efforts will be at the heart of designing and implementing strategies to identify, recruit, train, retain, and support emerging dental talent.
This position is available for 32 hours per week either remote or hybrid.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Experience in an Early Careers focused role (e.g., Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or People Partnering)
- Understanding of the recruitment ecosystem (Recruitment Delivery, Sourcing & Marketing)
- Capability to offer advice, guidance, constructively challenge, and recommendations to facilitate process improvement
- Demonstrated skill in influencing at a management level with a commercial mindset
