Full-Time eDiscovery Project Manager

ISN is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to support federal eDiscovery Litigation Support programs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project status, updates, and issues.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for agency goals and mission.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information (ESI).
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout the EDRM life cycle using industry standards and procedures.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, including preparing financial reports and forecasts.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and monitor project risks to develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data handling.

Requirements:

• Active government clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• US Citizenship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years managing applications integration/implementation for large federal agencies.
• Minimum 5+ years experience working in federal legal environments.
• Minimum 5+ years managing large-scale federal Cloud Migrations.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects, eDiscovery, and EDRM, Document Management, and SharePoint.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Legal Studies or similar discipline
• Relativity Project Management Specialist Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
