Job Details
Education Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Education Department. Reports to the Director of Education and collaborates with Meetings & Exhibits, key departments, ACMG leadership, volunteer members and staff. Provides short-term support, organizing data, maintaining department files, and supporting educational and programmatic needs. This is a 3-month contractor position, not to exceed 15 hours a week.
General Education Department Support: 100%
- Compile and organize meeting data (e.g., session attendance, evaluation summaries)
- Assist with formatting PowerPoint presentations and internal reports
- Support documentation clean-up and light data entry projects
- Organize shared folders and files
- Other similar administrative tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative/clerical support experience
- Ability to maintain productive relationships with team members, volunteers, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
