Job Details
- Perform thorough research and analysis of existing software.
- Manage implementation projects through full lifecycle.
- Build project plans, identifying issues and risks.
- Identify critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure performance is within scope.
- Collaborate with Training and Development.
- Analyze and document practice requirements and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ healthcare software implementation experience, specifically EHR implementations.
- Knowledge of EHR systems like EMA, AdvancedMd, Nextech, Care Cloud.
- Previous project management experience.
- Experience performing due diligence, gap analysis and risk assessments.
- Detail oriented, organized, strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Experience in dermatology a plus.
