OpEx Coach is responsible for leading Lean and cultural transformations across customers in Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing industries using QAD Redzone software.
Coaches work in autonomous teams, have practical CI experience, and lead through doing. They collaborate directly with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, CI directors, and C-level executives for personal growth and productivity gains.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent English and Italian
- Senior Operations Leadership experience
- Hands-on manufacturing experience (e.g., Operations Manager, Production Supervisor)
- OEE experience and continuous improvement skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Technical understanding of software, networking
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- 2+ years coaching business clients (desired)
Responsibilities:
- Coach 5-7 customers
- Redzone software training
- Shop-floor Huddles and leadership meetings
- Track performance and customer uplifts
- Lead process improvement and kaizen
- Remote weekly progress meetings
- Project scheduling
- Success Assessments
- Executive overviews and Redzone program information
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting customer journey
Travel Requirements:
42 weeks per year, Monday-Thursday. 80% travel to customer locations by driving and/or flying, as needed.
Visa Requirements: UK based or willing to obtain UK working visa with frequent travel to UK.
