As an HR Advisor at Reach, you’ll play a key role in providing professional, proactive, and confidential guidance to employees and business stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning with company policies and UK&I employment laws, safeguarding employees, and mitigating business risks. You’ll manage your own caseload, dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, and absence management.
The role will require you to work across a remote, diverse workforce of around 4,000 employees, advising and supporting colleagues and stakeholders with HR best practices. You’ll also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies that positively impact the organisation.
It’s a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where your up-to-date knowledge of employee law will be put to use daily, as well as your ability to manage multiple cases and build effective relationships across the business.
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence, and restructures.
Building relationships quickly with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels is key, and you should be adept at providing trusted HR advice. Being able to plan, prioritise, and manage your caseload efficiently is essential to ensuring an excellent HR service for the business.
What can we offer you?
You’ll be working 21 hours per week, from Tuesday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM and we offer a salary of £30,000 - £32,000 pro-rata.
