Everbridge, a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking a remote Enablement Manager in the U.S.
As an Enablement Manager, you will create and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, develop knowledge guides, and craft engaging tutorials.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Create Knowledge Guides & Tutorials: Develop and maintain knowledge guides, tutorials, and learning materials.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with SaaS product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, customer success, and sales teams.
- Agility & Adaptability: Respond to evolving training needs and adapt content.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback and improve training effectiveness.
- Onboarding & Continuous Learning: Assist in onboarding new hires, customers, and partners.
- Report on Success: Track training effectiveness and measure success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar enablement or training role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
