Full-Time ENG Photographer

• Capture high-quality video and audio content for daily news coverage.
• Operate broadcast camera systems, lighting equipment, audio gear, and transmission systems.
• Collaborate with reporters and producers to ensure compelling storytelling.
• Ensure shots meet network standards.
• Transport, set up, and break down equipment.
• Adapt to breaking news scenarios.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Apply creative techniques in lighting and composition.
• Assist with live shot setups.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live transmission feeds.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Work flexible hours.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Television Production or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as an ENG photographer.
• Expertise with video cameras, lenses, lighting kits, audio equipment, and live transmission technologies.
• Proficient in operating Panasonic P2, Sony FX Cinema Series, and Canon 5D cameras.
• Knowledge of LiveU and other streaming technologies, including 5G.
• Skilled in adjusting lighting.
• Ability to shoot under tight deadlines.
• Strong news judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

• FAA Part 107 drone certification.
• Experience with LED lighting and DMX lighting systems.
• Experience in EFP and multi-camera environments.
• Knowledge of digital-first production methods.
• Familiarity with Movi/Gimble-Ronin camera stabilization systems.
• Comfortable applying basic makeup.
