Full-Time Engagement & Delivery Director

The Tazama Engagement & Delivery Director leads the engagement and delivery of strategic initiatives, focusing on Proof of Concept (PoC) and implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and development teams for clear communication and alignment.
• Manage CRM and project management systems (Jira, Confluence, Power BI) for streamlined collaboration and progress tracking.
• Oversee client and channel onboarding, gathering and addressing stakeholder feedback, aligning technical objectives with business outcomes.
• Drive successful adoption and integration of innovative open-source solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex project environments.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years in strategic delivery and program management, leading cross-functional teams, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios (finance, technology).
• 5+ years managing CRM and project management system implementations, driving efficiency and collaboration.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation projects (AI integration).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, relationship management, and strategic mindset.
• Expertise in client onboarding, stakeholder management, and technical alignment.
• Certifications in Six Sigma, Scrum Master, and AI in Fintech.

Salary: $170,000 USD
