Full-Time Engagement Manager

• Leadership of commercial analytics engagement teams and client relationships
• Plan, organize and lead engagement teams to develop logical and insightful analyses, innovative and effective recommendations. Working closely with the Offshore team, deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables on a timely manner to realize high levels of client satisfaction.
• Take an active role in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with clients.
• Lead development of proposals for new projects / commercial opportunities in partnership with Principals and/or Senior Principals
• Hire, coach, and develop staff members.
• Play an active role in data & analytics practice development and develop practice level intellectual capital.
• Take responsibility in development and management of external relationships (e.g., client, vendors, external experts)
• Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues.
• Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job exposure and formal training.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
