Faptic Technology is a leading IT consulting and managed services provider specializing in Azure cloud solutions, software development, and SRE. We partner with enterprises to optimize their IT operations for scalability, reliability, and innovation in the cloud. We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to oversee Azure cloud services and software development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for customers and partners, ensuring exceeding expectations and successful service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (cloud engineers, developers, support staff) for smooth execution.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies for service operations and continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance, addressing risks and inefficiencies.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal team utilization, overseeing timesheets, workload distribution, and hiring processes.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members for a high-performance culture.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), cost models, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal finance and leadership teams to ensure engagements are commercially viable and aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure services align with best practices in cloud operations, Agile project management, and SRE principles.
- Conduct service reviews, track SLAs, and drive initiatives for optimized delivery and automation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in cloud service management.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, engagement management, or cloud consulting.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud solutions, managed services, and cloud-native operations.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps/SRE methodologies for software and cloud projects.
- Experience with staff augmentation services, hiring, interviewing, team management, and timesheet tracking.
- Proven ability to write SOWs, define cost models, and manage project financials.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for service alignment and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of service management frameworks, SLA tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to engage with enterprise customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft certification (fundamentals or intermediate level).
