Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in deploying projects and onboarding clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboard, implement, and successfully deliver projects for new customers.
2. Conduct project kickoff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
7. Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.
8. Drive post-implementation reviews and gather feedback.
9. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices.
10. Analyze customer pain points and design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven experience in project management or implementation roles within SaaS.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical background and ability to understand complex software concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
