Engagement Manager, coordinating closely with customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketplace, Sales, Pre-Sales and Support), is responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of SaaS products for customers.
Manages cross-functional teams to deliver implementations on time with quality results.
- Prime contact for customers during implementation and deployment.
- Responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope and change request management.
- Works closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project goals, plan, and deliver the project.
- Develops, executes, and monitors implementation plans to deliver solutions within timeframes.
- Conducts pre-kick-off and kick-off meetings to communicate project plans, milestones, goals, and processes.
- Leads development and implementation of coordinated plans and programs to meet project goals.
- Establishes practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance capabilities.
- Ensures "delivering moments of wow to our customers" is met.
- Defines resource requirements, organizes project teams, and staffs projects appropriately.
- Establishes and manages communication and risk management plans.
- Coordinates onsite customer visits.
- Monitors project progress, reports project status to management and stakeholders.
- Coordinates with customer and internal teams to develop work/change orders for scope, schedule, and dependency changes.
- Communicates with management, customers, sales, and developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Recommends product enhancements and new product opportunities.
- Works with sales and implementation services to scope and estimate engagements (Pre-Sales).
- Works across multiple time zones.
- 20+% travel may be required.
- May require working outside office hours.
Experience: 7-10 years of Professional Services experience as a project or program manager overseeing delivery of SaaS implementation projects.
Skills: Project management, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira implementation, project management training/certification (PMP preferred), software projects/products implementation, project management and presentation tools, business requirements writing, functional specification documents, excellent communication (written & oral), strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills, prioritization, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $139,700-$200,790 USD Base Salary + Variable Compensation
