Full-Time Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager is an integral part of the services organization and a customer-facing representative. Responsible for successful delivery of Nexthink's solutions and services, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the entire services engagement lifecycle (sales, contracting, delivery, sign-off, billing).
2. Lead the engagement implementation team and manage resources.
3. Create and maintain project documentation (scope, SOW, plans, budgets, risk registers, change orders, status reports).
4. Provide advice and guidance regarding solution impact on customer organization, mitigating delivery risks.
5. Identify incremental value opportunities and work with commercial teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• ITIL certification
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise solution deployments, including multi-vendor environments and partnerships (or subcontracting) with Systems Integrators.
• Proven experience in project management with focus on enterprise software deployments for software vendors.
• Experience in delivering SaaS-based solutions.
• Relevant project management certifications
• Strong communication skills (written, presentation, interpersonal). Must be able to consult and influence in diverse multinational organizations.
• Ability to guide and resolve escalated issues, effectively utilizing company resources.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction

Additional Considerations:

• Experience with services contracting, including resolving negotiations
• Demonstrated successful delivery of multiple engagements
• PMI-Project Manager Professional Certification (Preferred)
