About the RoleEngagement Managers are project managers on our implementation team with a focus on customer engagement and success. They manage approximately 8 customers simultaneously, leading implementation projects to completion, holding team members (internal and external) accountable for milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
About the TeamOur Implementation Team onboard new Credit Union customers to the Clutch Platform. Each project team comprises an Implementation Engineer and an Engagement Manager, collaborating to ensure successful onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Within 3 months: Drive customer onboarding by understanding business objectives, partnering with the project team, prescribing best practices for success, creating detailed project plans and work breakdown structures, producing weekly status reports and communication plans for sponsors and teams, proactively identifying and mitigating implementation risks, and building positive relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Within 6 months: Execute implementation projects closely with client executive-level sponsors, manage milestone meetings (onsite and virtual), customize project artifacts, ensuring high client satisfaction with services rendered, track engagement scope, and handle scope change requests (when needed). Develop a deep understanding of Credit Unions to be a trusted advisor to clients. Coach and mentor team members to improve internal and client teamwork.
- Within 9 months: Participate in developing team practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships. Design methodologies, templates, and collateral to deliver new Clutch products.
