Full-Time Engagement Manager - EMR Integrations

• Lead EMR integration projects across hospital and large clinic environments, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.
• Act as both the project manager and technical lead combining workflow design, build coordination, and client training.
• Create and maintain project documentation including workflows, configurations, test plans, and implementation timelines.
• Translate clinical workflow needs into technical EMR configurations.
• Deliver on-site go-live support, including hands-on training and elbow support for clinical staff.
• Troubleshoot EMR interface issues.
• Monitor post-implementation utilization and proactively work with clients to optimize EMR performance.
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Clinical IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience working with EMR systems, including at least 1 year of project management in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of Epic (Aura experience is a plus).
• One active Epic Aura related certification required.
• Background in laboratory, clinical, or health IT environments preferred.
