Full-Time Engagement Manager - Federal

The Engagement Manager - Federal plays a crucial role in Nexthink's services organization, acting as a key representative for our company in the U.S. Federal government sector.

Responsibilities:

• Owns the entire services engagement lifecycle for federal clients, from assisting in the sales process and managing the contracting process to successful delivery, sign-off, and billing.
• Leads the engagement implementation team, managing staff resourcing.
• Produces project documentation (scope, statements of work, project plans, budgets, risk registers, change orders, and status reports).
• Provides expert advice on solution impact and proactively mitigates delivery risks.
• Identifies further value-add opportunities and works with commercial teams.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL Certification
• Proven experience deploying complex enterprise solutions, including collaboration with Systems Integrators.
• Ownership of all aspects of the services contracting process.
• Relevant project management certifications.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, 4 in a customer-facing role, 2 delivering SaaS solutions to federal clients.
• PMI-Project Management Professional Certification (preferred).
• Demonstrable successful delivery of multiple engagements within the federal sector.
• Strong communication skills (written, presentational, interpersonal).
• Ability to guide and resolve escalated delivery issues.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of US Federal government structure and procurement processes.
• Ability to pass security clearances.
