As our contractual Engagement Marketing Analyst, SMRM, you'll be the voice of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
What you'll be doing:
- Overall Engagement Marketing Execution
- Assists in monitoring the brand’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) and campaigns.
- Creates copy and assets for the social media calendar.
- Monitors social media & influencer campaigns and flags issues.
- Engages with audience and community members via comments and direct messages.
- Assists in the brand and products’ online reputation.
- Moderates and solicits reviews on sites such as Trustpilot and Power Reviews.
- Updates Customer Review file.
- Assists Influencer Marketing initiatives.
- Monitors on-going campaigns and flags issues.
- Replies to unsolicited influencers.
- Conducts initial outreach to influencers.
- Updates trackers and analytics data.
- Monitors and keeps up with marketing and competitor trends, topics, articles, and news.
- Helps in managing all SM channels and review sites.
- Documents processes, strategies, and campaigns.
- Delivers high-quality results on projects.
- Email Marketing Execution & Analysis
- Assists in the development and management of email marketing initiatives.
- Helps manage and execute email campaigns.
- Updates creative briefs.
- Monitors JIRA tickets.
- Conducts email proofing.
- Assists in performance tracking and reporting.
- Assists in launching email campaigns and influencer vetting.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Engagement Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must-haves:
- Back-up laptop/desktop
- Fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband connection (50MBPS minimum)
- Back-up internet connection (same speed)
Location: Remote in Metro Manila, Philippines
Status: Contract, home-based, 8 hours daily, 5 days weekly
Note: No benefits. Paid overtime may be required.
Duration: September 2025 - January 31, 2026 (may be shortened or extended).
