Engine Technical Leader

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of various systems and subsystems from a certain perimeter of the engine (air intake, exhaust, distribution, moving parts).
• Interpreting and analyzing technical documents in French and English.
• Providing expertise in automotive sector thermal and hybrid engine components development (air intake, exhaust, distribution, moving parts).
• Conducting and leading development activities for automotive components following client processes (D2Q methodologies, development logic and validation methods, incident management processes, product and process modification workflows).
• Exhibiting strong communication skills (written and verbal, particularly in English).
• Facilitating and leading meetings.
• Writing technical reports, summaries and standard documentation.
• Adapting to agile workflows, ensuring effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in automotive engineering with powertrain systems (thermal and hybrid).
• Strong leadership abilities to guide development teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written (French is a plus).
• Constructing relevant synthesis for the impacted stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PLM tools (NPDM, CatiaV6).
