Full-Time Engineering Director, AI Infrastructure Engineering

• Lead large-scale, technically complex development programs from conception through delivery.
• Define, implement, and evolve our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable software delivery.
• Champion a product-centric engineering culture, ensuring trade-offs and priorities are tied to business outcomes.
• Own and refine the software release lifecycle, including planning, risk management, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and strategic direction to engineering managers and senior engineers across globally distributed teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Operations to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Influence technical strategy and investment decisions aligned with business priorities, especially in AI and infrastructure domains.

• 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, ideally within infrastructure, cloud-native, or AI-related domains.
• Proven track record in leading complex development and integration programs.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and software release lifecycle planning.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, product, and engineering teams to define technical direction and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior hands-on experience in software development and integration is a must.
• Location preference: Europe.
